Exchanges:
Not exactly what you were looking for? That's okay. Send us an email and we will help you exchange for another size or style. Or we can offer a store credit for a future purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for any exchange.
We allow 14 days for the item to be returned for an exchange. All item/s sent back for store credit are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.
Hold will not accept an exchange if we feel as though the item/s have been worn.
There will be no exchange on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange a sale item for another size, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Returns:
Hold does not allow full refunds unless the item is damaged or flawed. Before shipping all orders, our team inspects each piece to ensure they are sent to you in perfect condition. However, if the item does seem faulty, please email us right away and we will be happy to start the process on a return or exchange.

Customers will be emailed a shipping label with tracking information to send the return.
Once your item is returned to Hold, has been inspected and agreed to be damaged or flawed, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
You will be notified by email once completed.
