Hold is hand-sewn and hand-cut in Bali by a small, ethically-managed team. 

Our sustainable techno-fabric, made of a ECONYL® regenerated Nylon that turns waste problems into fashion and interior solutions. Vita is versatile, hyper-resistant, thin, elegant, stretch, soft and breathable: a unique mix of muscular compression and comfort.

The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.

Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as fossil-based nylon.

Packaging:

We try our best to be as sustainable as possible when it comes to handling and packaging. 

We specifically don't have our suits individually packaged in plastic bags. 

Each Hold order comes with a reusable waterproof bag which holds your order during the shipping process. And allows for you to use long after to carry your wet suit after one last dip in the water. 

All of our shipping boxes and hang tags are recyclable. 

The packing tape that is used is made from 100% recycled paper that's certified by the Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC), so you can be confident that it's sourced from a responsibly and sustainably managed forest and supply chain. On top of that, it's made with soy-based inks and non-toxic water-activated adhesive to ensure the tape is recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable.
